My father is a disabled Korean War veteran. Following the war, he was self-employed his whole life so he does not have any med coverage and has many conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes and sleep apnea. When he was employed, he carried his own coverage but now cannot afford it on a fixed income. This program can help him a great deal with his meds, especially his newly perscribed insulin, which is very expensive.
