Helpless Mother
I am a mother of three who is diagnose with diabetes type 2 and is in desperate need of financial medical assistance. Half of the time I can't afford my medication because I have to pay for my children's medication and the other time we both have to go without proper medication. I was referred to this program by my sister who is also seeking help through this program for her seizure medication. Currently I unemployed and seeking help with my medication.
