No Prescription coverage
When I retired early I had to buy my own medical insurance.
I opted for a very high deductible policy, Helth care savings account.
These policies do not have adequate prescription coverage.
So when there are no generics the branded drugs are quite high.

It is one of things I can never understand … how people can think that way. It’s so illogical that it can only be based upon moronity.
