Customer Service

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

A few minutes ago, on Thanksgiving day at 110:00am, I called the customer service and a young lady answered and said “How may I make your day better?”. I thought that was sweet to answer the phone with cheers! I can tell she loves people and has good customer service.

Migraines

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

I first started getting them in high school but I thought they were more like tension headaches. It turned out that the doctor diagnosed me with migraine headaches and I was immediately put on the medicine I needed. Actually it took a couple of medicines before I found the one that really helped me, but I’m glad I didn’t give up and let the pain win.

Seizures and Depression

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

I was diagnosed with a seizure disorder when I was 16 years old. I have taken multiple medications, including Depakote, Tegretol (Carbamazepine), Topamax, etc. Topamax actually caused me to have more seizures, causing me to have 5 in one day. I also suffered from extreme memory loss and depression. My medication was changed and things improved. However, I now have been diagnosed with depression. But medications are expensive these days and I constantly look for assistance. Good luck to anyone in this situation and God Bless!

High Costs Of Medication

Tuesday, November 28th, 2006

I am battling to improve my health and in the mean time I have had to take a leave from work. I need assistance with my prescriptions so I can become stable enough to return to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am not working so I need help to be able to afford my medications. The doctors do not always have samples and some of the medications I am prescribed do not have generics. So, they are EXPENSIVE! Again, any help at all would be appreciated.

Prescription Help

Monday, November 27th, 2006

Hi, my name is Sherry. I moved to TN about a year ago and I have been having trouble finding work. Recently I was diagnosed with anxiety / depression and cannot afford my medicine. Employment in this county is almost non-existent and I am looking for work at this time. I appreciate any help that you may be able to give me.
