Lost Parents

Monday, November 27th, 2006

I lost my parents on Nov 12, 2003 from terminal illness. With that, I lost my insurance. Still in school try to pay a mortgage …….. Its hard, especially being an only child. Also within that same year I lost my grandma to Alzheimer’s. I’ve had family turn their backs on me. In times of tragedy, after the funeral, you learn who is really there for you.

Expenses

Monday, November 27th, 2006

My prescriptions cost me way too much and self insured policies cost even more, so I’m stuck with the bill…. never before have I tried to find anything that will help lower the costs but I hope that this card will do some of that for me… I really hope so at least.

Broken Back

Monday, November 27th, 2006

I broke my back in a horseback riding accident and had no insurance. My friends where I worked helped with expenses by having a huge garage sale. I also applied for a state program to get aid. All helped me to pay my medical bills. I would advise anyone to look for and apply for any aid available under these circumstances. I now have a major medical insurance policy.

No Insurance

Saturday, November 25th, 2006

I am having dental work and I have no medical insurance to cover my prescriptions. My wife doesn’t have medical coverage either. She uses the card and it saves her a lot on her prescriptions. She has told many people about this website hoping to help many people who have no medical insurance.

Heart Failure

Tuesday, November 21st, 2006

I was a young, bright and energetic man when I was struck with CHF - Congestive heart failure. I was taking care of my sick mother when I was struck with this ailment and my bills went from sky-high to “space-high.” I’m hoping this program will help me to help myself in controlling the price of my meds.
