Life Without My Meds!!!

Tuesday, December 26th, 2006

I have bi polar disorder and I’m taking Lexapro. My state Medicaid ended shortly after I had my baby and can no longer afford the meds I need! Without y’alls help with the cost, it is too high for me to afford!!! I have 3 kids to take care of and I fully rely on these meds to function normally!
Can y’all help me with the cost of these pricey meds?

No Medical

Tuesday, December 26th, 2006

I have no medical Coverage because I make sure my children have it first. My husband just applied for this program here and he saved on his meds. I’m glad to see a program that makes a difference - every little bit helps. I need meds and have no way to afford them, so where do you turn or do you just go without?

I Moved & Now I Have No Insurance

Sunday, December 24th, 2006

I have been prescribed Lexapro & Trazadone but I haven’t been able to acquire my medication due to the fact that the insurance I had from where I moved from[PA] does not work in this state[VA]. I truly need my medication [more so my Antidepressant than my sleep medication] in order for me to properly function. This discount card would be greatly appreciated, for my medication is quite expensive.

Pricey

Sunday, December 24th, 2006

I have a disc issue and my pain meds are close to 500 Dollars. I need help with covering the price. It is Christmas eve and my pain meds are at a Wal-greens, sitting there. This is going to be a very bad Christmas if I don’t find some help. I use to have a discount card that took almost 50 percent off, but the pharmacy lost my information.

Hello

Saturday, December 23rd, 2006

I’m currently on a drug that I can’t afford and need everyday. Every dollar counts to me. This card will help me save some money because I do not have insurance. In my situation, I can’t work and my medications can help let me work some. But even then I could not afford my medicine. Thank you.
