No insurance help

Monday, January 29th, 2007

I have high blood pressure and I am overweight. My doctor prescribed a multivitamin for my high homosystene levels. I take several medications and have managed to be able to pay for them after the copay from my company insurance. This multiviatmein is not covered by my insurance. Runs about $35 per month. Need a discount card to help with the cost to make the vitamin affordable to me.

neuralgia

Monday, January 29th, 2007

I have severe facial pain and other complications resulting from an eye surgery, and need pharmacy meds to control it. The medications I take are very expensive, and they are the only ones that provide me with relief. Since I no longer have insurance, I would use this pharmacy card to control costs when patient assistance doesn’t cover the prescriptions I use.
