Living with a Mentaly ill son

Monday, February 19th, 2007

It was very hard for me to accept that my son has a mental illness. So I finally accepted and learned what I could do to help him live a day by day existance. With the help of modern medicine which I thank God for everyday. It has allowed him to live a nearly normal life.
If you are going through the same situation with a love one I can only say that by the grace of God and I mean a daily walk with him that has made me strong so that I could be a help and a strength to my son.

Stress

Saturday, February 17th, 2007

I have been taking care of my mother for the past three years so my dad can have some time for himself. I have become so stressed, I talked to my doctor and he prescribed Bupropion 150mg SR , 2times daily. My husbands insurance won’t pay for it. It is expensive and I need some assistance.
