my story

Wednesday, May 16th, 2007

moved to Arizona from another state, I'm an elderly lady with many medical problems, i do have mpd but sometimes medications are not covered. it is very nice to know that programs like this are available for people with a low income. i was not aware of this program until a kind lady at a retail pharmacy told me about it, and that she had recently used at was very happy with the results.

Antibiotic resistant ifection

Tuesday, May 15th, 2007

I recntly developed an infection. i spent 2 1/2 weeks in hospital, and 4 additional weeks of self administered IV antibiotic called vancomicyn. It has been a horrendous experience. Source appeared to be Contaminated Peter Pan Peanut butter. Hospital costs were over $100,000. 3 surgeries to clean infection from foot. healing is slow and painful. Eventually i hope to be healed.

When things get better:

Monday, May 14th, 2007

I will write once again when things are better on this end. I did this two days ago and for some reason it wouldn't take me to get my card.

I do have to say that I have had several different pharmacy discount cards and this one is the best. I thought that it wouldn't be worth much…but, why not? The very first prescription I got it saved $200.00, yes $200.00. My prescription is very expensive at 500 - 700.00 depending on the pharmacy, but you can imagine how pleased I was to see that this FREE card saved me $200.00!!
