I have 2 slipped disc in my back. I have to take medicine regularly. I have found that my meds can be quite costly. I heard about this program. I have learned that it can actually save me quite a bit of money.

When you are down– pick yourself up- dust yourself off– and start all over again! Keep on– keeping on! It is hard when you feel bad– or, are in pain– but, you will not feel any better moping. So, try and smile and see the rainbow at the end. Listen to good music- read an inspirational book– and try something new! It won't hurt– and, it could help.

I would recommend that laughter is the best medicine! Stay optimistic and have a good attitude. It helps me cope with COPD and CHF. Just try it– and, you will agree. Surround yourself with pleasant and happy people. Laughter is contagious. Rent or watch a funny- uplifting movie. Invite your friends and family over for bring your own snacks– and plan on having fun!
