well-being put off, and now blessings counting on us.

Friday, August 10th, 2007

Due to coming from out of the country with circumstances travelling back unexpectedly for family medical reasons, the journey of our family is wiggly and filled with struggles to maintain or even get on-track. Alone the changes in these four years my husband has went from working two jobs (one an at-home business), to just focusing on one job. I no longer work at a sales job that I was at for nine years previous to having our twins, now two & 1/2 our age being 46. Our health issues are managable but the prescriptions needed this year are increasing. A fact I know I'll have to get used to. .However. the severity of allergies requires two members to be taking four remedies ( one otc). Blood sugar regulation ouch!!! plus cholesterol and behav/mood/depression scripts for the adults of house contribute to the total… using at least three generics with a non-insurance cash card (Med-impact Discount ) up to about a fifth of our take-home pay. Actually, only the pay prior to husband trimming down to one job - So now we don't have Rx benefits and our income take home is a fraction of what it had been.
We would say our lives started when our double blessing came. SO true. After having developed arthritic growths and tendonitis that I didn't have previous and also expending money on foot orthodics, some help for morale is so in demand. We need to plan for outlay of money of a monthly car payment (if not two) in the very near future.

Please send us this assistance for the asking. Our challenges have been nearly traumatic for us. We prefer to have the attitude that it has built character and valuable strength in making trade-offs for the decisions that impact our family now together just shy of ten years.

Bipolor/Zombi?

Friday, August 10th, 2007

My dad was Bi-Polar and as studies show, there is a genetic link that can be passed down. I have had lots of problems with my temper and anger issues, (relationship, family, school). I went to lots of doctors and psychologist and prescribed everything from Seroquel to Tegretol (mood stabilizers). However, those medications put me in a zombie like state, sure I wasn't angry and violent, just Blah.
Recently, a teacher approached me regarding my daughter and suggested that she might have ADHD. After this, my mom told me that they tried to say I had that when I was a child but she ignored them because she thought it was teacher's laziness.

Anyway, to make a long story short I have recently been diagnosed with Adult ADD and have been taking currently taking Adderall and have been functioning properly.

I was so happy to read about your service. I am very glad to know that you can get help with prescriptions without insurance. I never thought I would find a service quite like this that offered this kind of service to anyone. Keep up the good work.

No Insurance

Thursday, August 9th, 2007

I'm currently a student with no insurance. Prescriptions are very expensive and I am paying tuition. I need help with my prescriptions. I am hoping that once I graduate and land a great paying job I will be able to get medical coverage and help with my prescriptions
